Method Course on Molecular Interaction

Selected graduates who are interested to pursue a PhD at the University of Regensburg and are about to complete their Master’s studies in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or Biochemistry are invited to Regensburg to participate in a one-week course. During the courses specific biological, chemical or pharmaceutical methods will be presented and practiced.

Topics:

• Introduction to the methods
• Determining molecular interactions by Biacore
• Microscale Thermophoresis and Isothermal Calorimetry
• Protein stability analysis by nanoDSF (Differential Scanning Fluorimetry) using the novell Nanotemeper Prometheus System
